We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and adaptable leader to oversee the launch of General Assembly's tech academy in Montenegro. This pioneering initiative aims to equip Montenegro’s youth with vital digital skills, driving the country's economic growth and future prosperity. This program requires a dynamic leader who can navigate ambiguity, establish robust operational frameworks, and manage high-level relationships with all local stakeholders: C-suit corporate leaders, official institutions and organizations which may be included in this process.
The ideal candidate will possess a blend of commercial delivery expertise, client management acumen, and operational leadership. They must be adept at building regionalized operating models that incorporate tools, processes, and technologies from other General Assembly regions while adapting to the unique cultural, governmental, and regional considerations of Montenegro and surrounding countries.
