With the support of GIZ, the ILO is implementing a multi-country project in Montenegro and North Macedonia aimed at promoting the inclusion of just transition issues into social dialogue agendas. This requires building the capacities of ILO’s tripartite constituents to make use of information and data about Just Transition in order to influence broader discussions and policy processes in the area of green growth, circularity, and climate change policy.
Within the framework described above, the supplier shall apply the ILO Guidelines on Green Employment Diagnostics for Just Transition to the context of Montenegro. The intent is to provide ILO constituents with guidance on identifying the underlying trends, constraints, risks and opportunities related to the context-specific impacts of climate change and just transition pathways, and to provide them with guidance on identifying and/or informing policies for achieving productive employment for all.
The assignment should start by 14 March and be completed by 31 July 2025.
